Seems like every year there is a new phenomenon, Thanksgiving, how you cook your turkey. From deep-fried until smoked, roasted, boiled, and wokked flamed out, it feels like we have heard.

Well this year it is brined. The brined turkey, enjoy your turkey and brine, but who the hell brine anyways, and how you want a turkey brining?

Well, for starters, brine is fundamentally
Salt-water or water saturated or nearly saturated with salt. Brine was in the past, to vegetables, meat, preserved fish, cheese and by a process called brine.
