JBL L880CH 6-Inch 4-Way Dual Floorstanding Loudspeaker (Cherry)

JBL L880CH 6-Inch 4-Way Dual Floorstanding Loudspeaker (Cherry):

Towers stand in l880 JBL is a great value for money compared with other manufacturers and distributors on the internet only products. Many claim that a neutral response, and dynamic potential, but JBL was the setting up of speakers, since before many of these companies in his eyes shone with the creator.

You can find the perfect measurements of response curves l880 online (Stereophile has an excellent review of these measures) and measures do not lie. Flat on-axis response from 40kHz to about 30 Hz (with some freedom to strengthen peace). What does this mean in regards to hear is that everything is the same as mixers, engineers and musicians (or responsible for the film, if a bag) for, nothing is under the influence of the characteristics of the speakers themselves, therefore a neutral description.

In short, these speakers are Amazing value for money, but from the price (although sometimes you can buy refurbished Harman for less elsewhere on the Internet, which further increases their value). They are ideal for use in home cinema, but I think even better to listen to 2 channels or more channels. To be completely honest I would like to buy 3 more L880s channels for many applications, but I know my wife would kill me.

I am no audiophile, but I like classical music and jazz in a reference quantity (and therefore nonprofessionally play) and I can say from my own experience with other brands in more expensive boutiques sound speakers to give 4 times the price run for their money with the strengthening of the law (at least 75 watts RMS in real life, the manufacturers specifications), and flew all the money I've heard twice the distance reliably.

P.S. Another reviewer suggests that these speakers are the same as the LC2 center channel speaker with the same line. As the owner of both, I can not say. Cabinet resonance and speaker produces a very different light (even in my Onkyo agrees LC2 Audyssey 2EQ calibration program passes at 60 Hz, but leaves the L880s on Full Range "). Bass and midbass are much more complete and detailed L880s.
